House call grooming means I bring the spa to you! Instead of working out of a mobile salon parked outside, I come equipped with a portable table, dryer, and all the products needed to provide a luxury spa experience for your Darling Dog without ever stepping a paw out of the house.

House call grooming is an excellent option for dogs who may not be comfortable in a traditional salon setting such as dogs with: anxiety, high stress levels, fearfulness, sensitivity to loud noises, aggression towards other dogs, car sickness, limited mobility, and more. House call grooming provides the one thing most dogs want when they’re away at the Grooming Salon & that is to GO HOME! Bringing the spa to you helps alleviate any hesitation your dog may have about the grooming process by providing a quiet, one on one, catered experience.

This service is also great for people who: are busy with work obligations, don’t own a vehicle/find transporting inconvenient, have children, have limited mobility, and anyone looking for the convenience of your groomer coming to you. No more blocking a whole day off to worry about grooming, planning pick up and drop off between your own appointments or meetings, or coordinating a vehicle!

Latch-key services are available upon request after our first appointment!

All you need to provide is a space big enough to wash your dog in— a kitchen/laundry sink or bathtub works great, a towel or two, and a well-lit space big enough to set up my table and maneuver comfortably in!

Additionally, if you live in a high rise you must provide guest parking or similar accommodations for ease of load in/out. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out because every building/case is different & we can likely find a solution. If you live in an area where I must pay for street parking, I will adjust your bill accordingly to include whatever fees incurred.

Appointment times are based on each dogs unique needs & the services requested. A typical appointment will usually be between 2-3 hours, including set up and pack up. Please allow 15-30 minutes of additional time for our first appointment to allow me to get acquainted with you and your pup!

You are welcome to watch as I groom as long as your dog remains cool, calm, and collected. If your pet becomes upset, distracted, or too excited, I will request that you wait in a different room to ensure your dogs safety around sharp tools. Unless I request assistance, please do not touch or hold your dog while I am working on them.

I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. I will remain masked in your home and I ask that regardless of vaccination status, you remain masked as well when we are in the same room. This helps keep us & our community safe as well as helps ensure I do not contract COVID-19 and have to close for any length of time! If you or anyone in your household has a cold or feels unwell, please let me know ASAP so that we may reschedule your appointment.

Services are provided in areas between Touhy to Roosevelt & Cicero to the lake! Additional areas may be considered for a fee.
